Argentina Land In Barcelona For Final World Cup Preparation
Argentina’s World Cup-bound squad arrived in Barcelona Friday morning for their final training camping.
Argentina are in Group D at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia with Iceland, Croatia and Nigeria.
Jorge Sampaoli’s jetted off to Barcelona after their 4-0 thumping of Haiti in Tuesday’s international friendly in Buenos Aires.
Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi who scored three goals and assisted on Sergio Aguero’s fourth in the friendly also shared a picture on his Instagram with the caption: “We are already home.”
Argentina will remain in Barcelona until June 8 as they put the finishing touches to their World Cup preparations.
