Governor Gboyega Oyetola paid this glowing tribute at the weekend to the immediate past governor of the state Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola on the occasion of his 62nd birthday.
The governor observed that Rauf Aregbesola used the six point integral action plan to prop up Osun at a time the nation’s economy was crumbling and could no longer support the development of many states.
The governor disclosed that advanced countries of the world build on strategic planning using the phenomenon of continuity.
He made it clear that he has since assumption of office built on the foundation laid by Aregbesola within six months.
Mr Oyetola added that his administration will host an economic summit next month to draw a template for further development of the state.
