The governorship candidate of the Accord Party in the July 16, 2022 governorship election in Osun State, Dr. Akin Ogunbiyi has concluded plans to join the All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to reports, Ogunbiyi will officially decamp to the opposition party in the state on Wednesday, July 19.
Ogunbiyi, a member of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) contested the party’s governorship ticket with Governor Ademola Adeleke in 2018 and 2022, before moving to the Accord Party.
