Ajimobi’s Body Laid To Rest In Ibadan

The remains of former governor of Oyo State, Senator, Abiola Ajimobi has been laid to rest at his residence, Oluyole Estate on Sunday.

EyewitnessMedia gathered that the former governor was buried around 10:20am after his body arrived from Lagos early hours of today.

His burial was only attended by family members with some innercarcus so as to observe social distance ordered by NCDC.

Among the cleric at the burial were Alhaji Kunle Sanni, Sheikh Muyideen Bello, Chief Imam of Ibadan land, Sheikh Abubakri AbdulGaniyu Agbotomokere among others.

Also present here APC gubernatorial candidate, Chief Adebayo Adelabu, Hon Shina Peller, Honourable Saheed Akinade-Fijabi, Representative of Ekiti State governor, Senator Teslim Folarin, Minister for Youth and Sports, Mr Sunday Dare and members of 9th National Assembly.
