Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke has forwarded the name of Barrister Hashim Abioye to the State House of Assembly for confirmation, as the Chairman, Osun Independent Electoral Commission, OSIEC.
The Speaker, Osun State House of Assembly, Hon. Adewale Egbedun made the announcement during their plenary session, on Thursday.
He said that the Governor had sent the House a list of the Chairman and other board members of the state electoral commission.
Abioye is currently to the Special Adviser to the Governor on Legal Matters.
