Labour unions under the employ of the State Government of Osun have suspended their industrial action which began last Wednesday.
The Labour leaders announced the suspension of the strike few minutes ago after several meetings with government officials.
According to the memorandum of understanding signed by both parties, the labour leaders and government have entered into agreement on some of the demands of the workers.
The agreement cuts across issues of Modulated Salary, Promotion, Pensions, Conversion of Appointments among others.
With the agreement, workers in the state are to resume work on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.
