Teachers’ Recruitment : Osun Commences Oral Interview With Applicants On Monday

State of Osun Government has said it is ready to conduct oral interview for successful applicants who scored 35% and above in the teachers’ recruitment examination.

Osun Government made the announcement in a press statement released by Ministry of Education by the Coordinating director of the Ministry , Mrs. C.K Olaniyan, and made available to Osun Defender Correspondent in osogbo on Thursday.

The statement reads, “the oral interview will commence on Monday, 17th May, 2021 at Designated Centres.

“This is to inform Applicants, especially those who Scored 35% and above, in the Examination that the Proficiency (Oral) Interview, will commence on Monday, 17th May, 2021 at Designated Centres.

“The interview will be in two stages. For Senior Secondary School Recruitment, applicants (whether First Degree or NCE) who scored 40% and above will be attended to between Monday, 17th May and Thursday, 3rd June, 2021.

“For Basic School Recruitment, applicants with MAXIMUM QUALIFICATION OF NCE, who scored between 35% and 39%, will be interviewed between Monday, 7th June and Thursday, 24th June, 2021.

“Candidates are required to bring to the interview the following credentials:
i. Degree Certificate
ii. NYSC Certificate
iii. PGDE Certificate
iv. NCE
v. TRCN Certificate (where available)
vi. Basic Education Certificate (JSS 3 Certificate)
vii. Local Government of Origin Attestation
viii. Birth Certificate or Court Declaration of Age.
ix. One National Identification Card (Driver’s License, Voter’s Card, International Passport e.t.c)

“In furtherance of the above, Time, Date and Centre will be communicated via SMS. Candidates can also check their portal for the above information. Thank you.

“Disclaimer: The earlier Public Announcement on Teachers Recruitment Exercise did not emanate from the Ministry of Education. Kindly disregard it.”
