The suspects had demanded a ransom of N5million from Suleman via phone call to avert being kidnapped.

Ogun State police image maker, Abimbola Oyeyemi, told newsmen that the arrest of the suspects followed a report made at the Imeko Police Division by the victim.

“The victim said the caller threatened to get him kidnapped if he failed to pay N5m within a week.

“The caller also urged him to go and sell all his cows in order to raise the money within the stipulated time.”

It was gathered that Usman who is married to the sister of the victim told others how wealthy the brother-in-law is.
