Osun Govt Signs MOU To Improve Eco-System

The State Government of Osun has signed a memorandum of understanding with Natural Eco Capital Limited to harness job creation potential of the waste management sector in the state.

The agreement geared towards improving the state’s eco-system is to make waste recycling attractive and profitable business for unemployed Youths and low-income actors.

The Special Adviser to Governor Rauf Aregbesola on Enterprise and Wealth Creation, Mr Ismail Ademola Akintoyese and the Focal Person RECPC, Ministry of Environment and Sanitation, State of Osun signed on behalf of government while Dr Eugene Itua, the CEO of Natural Eco-Capital Limited and Mr Funso Akande signed on behalf of the company.

The move according to both parties will ensure cooperation and collaboration in broad natural resource management issues including Climate Change, Economy and Green Infrastructure Planning and Investment Drive of the Aregbesola administration.
