Some of the greatest musical icons in America performed last night to pay their last respect to the late queen of soul, Aretha Franklin at her funeral.
Stevie Wonder, The Clark Sisters, Fantasia and Jennifer Hudson, were just a few of the artists who performed during the roughly eight-hour service held inside Detroit’s Greater Grace Temple.
Ariana Grande touched the audience when she took the stage with a performance of “Natural Woman”.
Chaka Khan, Ron Isley, Yolanda Adams, Gladys Knight, Faith Hill, Rev. Marvin Sapp, Jennifer Hudson, Jennifer Holliday, and Franklin’s son, Edward Franklin, were also on the roster with other celebrities in attendance.
