Flying Eagles Coach Aigbogun Resigns As Enyimba Gaffer

Nigeria U-20 team, the Flying Eagles coach, Paul Aigbogun, has resigned from his post as Technical Adviser of Enyimba, ending his third stint at the club.

Aigbogun left the club due to ‘personal reasons’ CSN gathered.

Enyimba are fourth in the 2018 Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) standings with 38 points from 24 games.

The People’s Elephant’s first assistant coach, Usman Abd’allah will take charge of the team on an interim basis, a club source revealed to CSN.

Abd’allah’s first task in charge of the team will be against Williamsville Athletic Club of Cote’d Ivoire this Sunday away – a CAF Confederation Cup at the Felix Houphouet- Boigny Stadium.

The two-time CAF Champions League winners are currently sit atop Group C of the CAF Confederation Cup with six points from three games.

Williamsville and Djoliba of Mali are tied on four points but the Ivorian club, Williamsville occupy second spot in the group with a superior goal difference of +1.

CARRA Brazzaville are fourth in the table with three points from three games.
