US President Donald Trump has not only revealed his intentions to rerun for President in 2020, he has also announced the name of his Campaign Manager, Brad Parscale who was his 2016 digital strategist.

Recall that Trump formally filed paperwork for his re-election just one day after his Inauguration Day in 2017. Despite that, Trump’s confirmation that Parscale, will lead his re-election campaign, represents the first official confirmation from the President that he is seeking a second term.

Soon after the announcement, Parscale announced two other individuals had been chosen for top leadership positions in the campaign, including Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump.

The choice in campaign manager shows that Trump’s 2020 campaign will rely heavily on using social media and other digital platforms to spread his message. ???Parscale’s firm charged Trump’s campaign $94 million for its work on the 2016 election.
