Dele Alli Accepts FA Violent Conduct Charge

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Dele Alli, has accepted a charge of violent conduct from the Football Association (FA), according to Sky sources.

The player had until 6pm on Wednesday, to respond to the charge, which could see him miss the final three games of the Premier League season.

Alli appeared to punch West Brom’s Claudio Yacob, in the first half of their 1-1 draw on Monday at White Hart Lane.

The 20-year-old who was named PFA Player of the Year on Sunday, will now wait on the FA’s Independent Commission, which is expected to meet on Thursday or Friday, to determine Alli’s fate.

Spurs last three games are against Chelsea, Southampton and Newcastle.
