After scoring the opener in Chelsea’s Premier League victory over West Ham United on Monday night March 6, 2017 Eden Hazard was attacked on the pitch by an angry West Ham United fan who was furious by the goal scored by the Belgian.
Chelsea grabbed the opener in the 25th minutes when N’Golo Kante broke up an attacking move on the left, fed Hazard who played a one-two during a swift counter-attack and dribbled past Randolph in goal.

The man actually wanted to harm Eden Hazard after scoring, but he was prevented from doing so by security officials.

Chelsea defender David Luiz also ran to blast the pitch invader before he was marched out of the stadium by security men.

The Blues went on to win the crucial encounter 2-1 and they have now restored their 10 points lead on the Premier League standings.
